Shopping is easy at Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment. We have designed the website to be very simple to use. You can either click into the catalog on the left hand panel , or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you are completed shopping, click the checkout to pay for your purchase. Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment accepts Visa/Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We also accept payment by check either by mail.
Purchase orders & Net Terms:
Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax it to us at 310-399-7232. Otherwise give us a call and we will fax you the application so your can fill and fax back to us. For fastest turnaround, please fax or email your initial purchase order with your credit application.

Payment by check:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method is to simply add items to your Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment's shopping cart, print out the completed page and mail it to our office with your check or money order payable to Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment . Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.

Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment does free delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday and thursdays of each week. The more you buy, the more you save.
UPS Non-Shippable Items:
Please be advised that some items at Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature of the item(s).
Returns:
All unopened products purchased at Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment can be returned within 30 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department and the original receipt. Opened items, liquids, broken or damaged merchandises are not returnable. You can reach customer support at 800-871-1288, or email directly to Return Merchandize. Products within the 30 day window which have been opened are subject to an re-stocking fee of 10%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Allen Janitorial Supplies & Equipment shall be that of the customers.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be either called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed.
